All appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balance is due the day of the appointment.​

Deposits for canceled appointments cannot be applied towards future appointments. Any new appointment will require another $25 non-refundable deposit, unless appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours before scheduled time of the original appointment. Please reschedule to avoid losing your deposit.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Each service is scheduled to take a certain amount of time for the most effective treatment. Arriving late will limit the time of your service and may result in the service not being fully completed. The full price of the service will still be charged. We will call you first, but if no answer your appointment will automatically be canceled if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled starting time with no refund of the deposit.

We send a reminder email and a reminder text 24 hours before your service. If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.

For any eyelash services, please arrive without any eye makeup. Eyelash services require you to keep your eyes closed for extended periods of time. If you cannot keep your eyes closed, this service is not recommended.

COVID-19 Restrictions apply and proper sanitation measures are in place for the safety and protection of our clients.

For new clients, please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early if possible to complete required forms
